World premiere of “Shall I Compare Thee to a Summer’s day?” By Antonino Abate
The concert will include a specially-commissioned composition by the winner of the Richmond Concert Society Muriel Dawson Composition Award.
The winner of the Muriel Dawson Composition Award is Antonino Abate and his composition, based on a Shakespeare text, will be played by the Londinium Consort. The ensemble will also play several Elizabethan works.
