Do you like live music? Fancy the chance to listen to beautiful music introduced by expert performers? Baroque & Beyond events provide an hour of music followed by tea, cake and the chance to chat to each other and the performers. An initiative of Baroque In The North, the events are designed to bring live music to YOUR doorstep. The Winter Warmers programme includes works by Boismortier, Vivaldi, Chédeville and Finger. Harpsichord and baroque cello are joined by baroque violin, recorder and delicate 18th-century French bagpipes. Baroque & Beyond events are accessible, and suitable for all ages.
