Otley Baroque

Otley Baroque provides early-music concerts in the charming old market town of Otley, Leeds. It was launched in 2018 by professional violinist Asuka Sumi, who has lived in the town for more than five years and has been charmed by its beauty and friendliness.

The various repertoire of instruments and vocal music in the 17th and 18th centuries is performed on period instruments by guest musicians from across the UK who are specialised in the genre and experts on period instruments.

Concerts are usually held on weekend afternoons, at local churches and in the comfort of local cafes.
